Mr. Santamaria joined American Superconductor in April 2004. He is responsible for the AMSC Superconductor operations including General Manager of superconductor manufacturing.
Prior to joining American Superconductor Mr. Santamaria served as Vice President and General Manager at Microsemi Corporation. Mr. Santamaria had served in this role since 1997 and led revenue growth for his division to $40 million through the successful introduction and commercialization of a novel patented semiconductor packaging technology.
Previously Mr. Santamaria held various management positions in Operations and Engineering at Microsemi Corporation.
A Massachusetts native Mr. Santamaria holds an MBA degree and a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Northeastern University. |
