Ms. Murphy serves as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources for Custom Direct. Prior to coming to CD in August 2007, Ms. Murphy spent 15 years in senior level Human Resources management roles for small to mid-sized companies where she provided functional oversight and leadership to national and international HR teams. Her areas of expertise include training and organizational development, performance management, compensation, policy and process development and improvement, staffing, employee relations and Corporate Communications. Ms. Murphy’s human resource experience is complemented by her subsequent benefits administration experience working as the VP of Client Operations for a benefits management firm with over 200 clients. Ms. Murphy possesses a Master of Science and Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Psychology from Loyola College in Maryland. |
