Angela had seven years of experience in the health insurance industry when she joined LISI in 2003. Prior to that, she worked as an Office Manager/Assistant for a local broker. She gained vast knowledge and experience in sales, quoting, supplies, underwriting for both small group and individual health, dental and vision, enrollment meetings, translations (in Spanish), and most important of all, customer service. She strongly believes in providing excellent customer service for it is the key to having satisfied clients and a successful business. |
