Ms. Otto is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Las Vegas office. A member of the firm’s Real Estate and Corporate & Business groups, she manages complex acquisitions, dispositions, financings and leases of real estate assets, including hotels, casinos, office buildings, restaurants and vacant land, business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate restructurings, stock acquisitions and dispositions, and other corporate and commercial transactions. Ms. Otto has significant experience in real estate transactional matters and corporate financing work. Her recent transactions include: construction financing and refinancing, and obtaining certain real estate entitlements for the Wynn Las Vegas Resort and Encore Resort (currently under construction); refinancing of the New Frontier Hotel and Casino; construction financing for the Hooters Casino Hotel and the Cannery Hotel & Casino; construction financing for the Rhodes Ranch and Tuscany Master Planned Communities; financing for the Fitzgerald’s Hotel & Casino; financing for Wild Oats Markets and its affiliates; corporate reorganization of American Nevada Corporation and its affiliates; acquisitions, disposition and lease transactions for Pinnacle Entertainment; financing for and corporate restructuring of PaperlinX North America, Inc.; real estate acquisitions for KB Home Nevada, Inc.; sale of the Barbary Coast Hotel & Casino in exchange for the former Westward Hotel site; sale of the Sahara Hotel & Casino, the Golden Nugget Las Vegas, Golden Nugget Laughlin and the Lady Luck Casino Hotel; sale of Fatburger and Rubio's restaurants in Clark County, Nev.; acquisition of the Revere Golf Course in Henderson, Nev.; negotiation of a development agreement with the City of Las Vegas for the design, construction and operation of the Las Vegas Performing Arts Center; acquisition and transfer of real property comprising Twain Road to Clark County; and negotiating and drafting several contracts for events produced by Las Vegas Events. |
