Angela R. Winslow is an associate of Dickie, McCamey & Chilcote, P.C. She is the Co Chair of the Workers’ Compensation Group’s Medicare Set-Aside Compliance Program and Family Law Practice Group and concentrates her practice in the area of Insurance Coverage Litigation, Asbestos/Silicosis, and Medicare Set Aside Compliance Agreements, with a particular emphasis in Family Law, Transportation Law, and Insurance Company Law. Ms. Winslow is a member of the Pennsylvania and Allegheny County Bar Associations. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania, United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, Supreme Court of West Virginia, and United States District Court for the Southern District of West Virginia. Ms. Winslow graduated from Robert Morris College in 1995 with a B.S. in Accounting. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University in 2001, where she was a recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award 2000-2001. |
