She also represents issuers, underwriters, and selling shareholders in connection with public and private offerings of securities, and she represents companies on general corporate matters, including corporate governance and defensive measures.

Represented Archstone Communities Trust in its $9.6 billion merger with Charles E. Smith Residential Realty, Inc.
Represented BellSouth Corporation in the sale (total enterprise value: $5.85 billion) of its Latin American subsidiaries in 10 countries to Telefonica Moviles, S.A.
Represented Paging Network, Inc. in its $1.9 billion merger with Arch Communications, Inc., which required a recapitalization of $1.2 billion of Paging Network's senior subordinated notes and a consent solicitation of a "pre-packaged" Chapter 11 reorganization.
Represented iPCS, Inc. in its $900 million merger with AirGate PCS, Inc.
Represented the primary selling shareholder in connection with The Stanley Works' $310 million acquisition of Best Lock Corporation and Best International Holdings, Inc.
Represented management in connection with a $275 million management-led leveraged buyout of US Can Corporation.
