Angela P. Chan is an associate in ECJ's Business and Corporate Law Department where she focuses on corporate and securities matters, including public and private equity offerings, securities law reporting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financing, corporate governance, technology licensing and general business and corporate counseling. Representative clients include public and private companies, entrepreneurs, private investors and underwriters in a broad range of industries such as technology, manufacturing, retail, entertainment and real estate.
Ms. Chan graduated from Georgetown University Law Center in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from USC in 1998, graduating summa cum laude. She is a member of the State Bar of California, the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.
