Ms. Scafuri, an associate with the firm, concentrates her practice on insurance premium litigation, insurance coverage litigation, workers’ compensation, family law and related civil litigation. She has litigated cases at both the trial and appellate levels. While in law school, Ms. Scafuri published a note in the Seton Hall Journal of Sport Law entitled Antitrust National Football League Relocation Policies Do Not Create an Anti-Competitive Environment. In addition, Ms. Scafuri served as an Associate Editor for the journal. Ms. Scafuri was a judicial intern for the Honorable Donald J. Volkert and the Honorable Michael R. Casale, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex County. Ms. Scafuri is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the Association of the Federal Bar of the State of New Jersey and the Somerset County Bar Association. She is also affiliated with the Joseph Halpern Inn of Court. Ms. Scafuri is conversant in both Spanish and Italian. |
