Ms. Hamm is a 1996 graduate of Indiana University . She received her law degree from Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis in 1999, where she served as Articles Editor for the Indiana Law Review from 1998 to 1999.
Ms. Hamm has represented Fortune 500 Companies and Manufacturers in complex litigation, products liability concerns and toxic tort litigation. She focuses on CERCLA, RCRA, Clean Air Act, TSCA, FIFRA, and state environmental law matters from both a compliance and litigation perspective. She often assists clients in environmental aspects of business transactions including private party agreements addressing environmental liability, environmental due diligence and brownfield redevelopment and funding.
