Angel Pineiro, Senior Vice President, Support Services Angel Pineiro is an IT Industry Executive with over 25 years experience in Support Services. Most of his work has been in customer and managed services in the technology reseller channel. He has served in several capacities throughout his career for regional and national corporations including Service Manager, Productivity Manager, Compliance Officer, Director of Technical Services and Vice President of Managed Services. At ASI, Mr. Pineiro manages the corporation's Support Services Organization (SSO), encompassing over five hundred delivery staff members (service technicians, engineers, help desk analyst) locally, nationally and worldwide. Mr. Pineiro has seen explosive revenue growth at ASI in the Customer Services arena during his tenure. Throughout his career, Mr. Pineiro has completed numerous seminars including service management, productivity, financial, help desk and marketing, and customer satisfaction. Mr. Pineiro has also contributed to the enhancement of CompTIA's A+ certification as a subject matter expert and is the Co-Chairperson of CompTIA's Career Path Initiative. Mr. Pineiro has been invited as a panelist for several IT Speaker Forums throughout North America. |
