Angel is a second generation Clearwater native. She comes from a large family that is very active in Clearwater’s real estate market. She obtained her real estate license almost ten years ago and recently added Broker status to her list of accomplishments. Keeping with her Florida roots, she attended the University of Florida and received her Bachelors in Business Administration with a minor in management. She graduated with honors and started her commercial real estate career with a Tampa based tenant representation firm.
Her experience in commercial real estate has ranged from single location clients to national clients with over 1,600 locations. She has worked with publicly traded companies, as well as local successful business owners with locations from Florida to Massachusetts. Her responsibilities have consisted of leasing, purchasing, selling office and warehouse space, and she is specialized in 1031 tax deferment exchanges.
Angel has volunteered at many local functions and charities: Clothes to Kids, Locks of Love, Hospice, Achieve Tampa Bay, and is an active member at the Clearwater Chamber of Commerce.
