With over 15 years of experience in the Financial Services Industry, Ane is a forward-thinking senior manager with diverse leadership experience in operations, marketing, finance, and accounting. As an executive at Strong Financial (now Wells Fargo), the 10th largest direct distributor of mutual funds in the nation, Ane held a variety of responsibilities. In her latest assignment, Ane led the Mutual Funds Operations Division (including the transfer agency function) with seven departments and 120 employees. She established the strategic direction for the division, reflecting industry benchmarks and the firm’s goals. She was able to work with her team to reduce processing costs by over $1 million through automation and HR and staffing best practices and her department received top quality awards from nationally recognized rating agencies.
