Ross joined the Company in November 2004 as Director of Professional Services UK when the Company acquired Tertio Telecoms Ltd and has 18 years experience in IT and Telecommunications. In July 2005 he became non-executive Vice President of Worldwide Professional Services.
Andy joined Tertio in May of 1994 and fulfilled a number of technical and project management roles and in September of 2001 was appointed Professional Services Director and became a member of the Company's management team with responsibility for customer delivery projects of Tertio's Activation and Mediation solutions. The role focused heavily on delivery to customer deadlines, software quality and customer satisfaction. Previously Andy worked as a software engineer at Schlumberger Ltd and has a B.Eng (Honours First Class) in Electronic Systems and Microcomputer Engineering from the University of Glasgow. |
