Joined Zindart in December 2006. Andy has served as the chief financial officer and head of Finance, human resources, purchasing and MIS of the Company. Andy is a seasoned financial professional with extensive expderience in the high-tech, distributions and CPA industries. Prior to joining Zindart, Andy worked as the head of regional finance for abc Multiactive Limited, a listed technology corporation providing Ebusiness and eCRM solutions, Brightpoint China Limited, a US mobile phone distributor, Seagram Asia Pacific, an US wine and spirit distributors and Commercial Software Services Limited, a system integrator owned jointly by Bangkok Bank & IBM China/Hong Kong. Andy received a Master of Science degree in Finance from University of Leicester, UK, and the fellow member of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
