Mr. McCloud has 10 years of experience working in finance and accounting. He began his career spending several years working in public accounting as an auditor before leaving Arthur Andersen for Asurion, the leading provider of wireless insurance and service contract solutions. At Asurion, he served as Assistant Controller and was heavily involved in projects with IT and operations. Especially relevant to Meridian’s focus is Mr. McCloud’s experience at Symbion Healthcare. At Symbion, he was responsible for the financial reporting and treasury management of more than fifty surgical facilities. In this role, he helped develop investing and borrowing strategies custom tailored to benefit each facility. He has a Master of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and is a Certified Public Accountant. |
