With tremendous success at Hudson Oxygen, Andy moved to the Medical Device Sales Industry by joining Ethicon Endo-Surgery (J&J). Promoted to Division Sales Manager, Andy assumed responsibility to build a new Sales Division for Ethicon Endo-Surgery in the Intermountain West hiring and leading many successful Sales Reps, while developing and promoting several future leders. Additionally, Andy successfully sold external defibrillators for Medtronic Emergency Response Systems before moving to the Recruiting Industry.
