Andy Laperriere is a Managing Director of ISI's policy research team in Washington. He has been an analyst on Institutional Investor's ranked Washington team for each of the past 9 years, and the team was ranked #1 in the last 5 years. Prior to joining ISI in 1999, Andy spent 8 years in the federal government.
