Andy Ivers is the President of L-3 Communications Linkabit -- formerly the Communications and Electronic Warfare Division in Titan Corporation’s Information Products Sector -- which was acquired by L-3 Communications in July 2005. Mr. Ivers is responsible for all aspects of division operations, including engineering, program management, production, finance, business development and advanced technology. ASQ-9100-certified, Linkabit provides end-to-end strategic and tactical Communications and Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) products and systems. Prior to joining Titan in March 2001, Mr. Ivers held the title of Director, Tactical Radio Engineering at Harris Corporation and was responsible for the Engineering and Product Management Team for HF, VHF, UHF and SATCOM radio products, including embedded modems and security systems. Earlier in his career, while employed at Raytheon, he managed system engineering activities on numerous communications systems programs, including L-band data link designs and HF and W-band anti-fratricide system designs. Mr. Ivers graduated with an MBA from the Simon School, University of Rochester, and a BSEE and BS-Math from the University of California, Irvine. |
