Andy Gonta was named Vice President Quality Control in June 2005. He is responsible for the continuous improvement of CN’s service plan in both Canada and the US. This newly created role will provide additional focus on customer needs and add value creation through the evaluation of CN’s service plan to improve operating effectiveness.
Mr. Gonta has completed CN’s Railroad MBA Program, which provided a wide range of learning experiences within rail operations at both the field and network level. Prior to this, Mr. Gonta was Vice President Automotive & Intermodal Sales. He joined CN in August 1997 as General Manager Automotive, where he held positions of increasing responsibility as Assistant Vice President and Vice President Automotive based on the performance of the automotive business unit. |
