Andy Bensky brings significant experience in the development of innovative search and analysis technology to MetaLINCS. Along with Steve Kirsch, he is one of the co-founders of Infoseek, one of the first search engines for the Internet. Bensky served as the Vice President of Portal Engineering at the Disney/Go Portal after the acquisition of Infoseek by Disney.Prior to joining MetaLINCS, Bensky was the Chief Technology Officer for JokeVision. Before serving at JokeVision, he was the Principal Engineer for Northern Light Technology, a search engine known for its exceptional ability to organize information. Bensky also worked with Steve Kirsch in his latest effort, Propel Software, a company that develops technology to accelerate dial-up Internet service. He received his BS in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. |
