Andrew Vadyak, Chief Executive Officer, joined the company in January 2004. Mr. Vadyak is responsible for all of the day-to-day operations and financial operations of UnicornHRO. Mr. Vadyak has over 30 years of executive and HR industry experience, having previously served as President of two successful HR administration and payroll companies. Earlier in his career, he held executive positions at Buck Consultants, Talegen Holdings Inc. and The Bank of New York where he was responsible for worldwide human resources administration. Throughout his career, Mr. Vadyak has regularly personally consulted to a wide range of clients, including many Fortune 100 companies and has been a frequent speaker on topics of HR Administration, including outsourcing and future technology alternatives. Mr. Vadyak is a graduate of Queens College of the City University of New York, with the distinction of having been selected to the university’s Honor’s and Scholar’s Program and graduating with an advanced curriculum in only three years. He completed his additional graduate work at Chapman University in Orange, California.
