Mr. Royce is a Partner in our Real Estate Department. His practice concentrates on representing lending institutions in commercial real estate development projects, representing sellers and purchasers of commercial real estate, negotiating leases and other land use agreements, and assessing title, zoning, and land use issues.
Mr. Royce served as co-chair of the Boston Bar Association Real Estate Finance Committee from 2004 to 2007.
Before becoming a lawyer, Mr. Royce worked for several years as a psychiatric social worker at St. Mary's General Hospital in Lewiston, Maine.
Mr. Royce received his B.A. in History in 1976 from Haverford College, his M.S.W. in 1979 from the University of Wisconsin, and his J.D. in 1985 from Harvard Law School. |
