Andrew Parker was appointed Company Secretary with effect from 1 April 2008. Prior to this he was General Counsel of BTRetail, and has previously held other senior leadership roles in BT's legal and regulatory communities. He is a Trustee of the BT Pension Scheme, and a member of the Primary Markets Group of the London Stock Exchange. Andrew is 48 years old. |
