Andrew O'Sullivan is Vice President and manager of the Services Business Unit at IONA Technologies. This worldwide organization provides post-sales technical support, education and consulting for all IONA products. IONA Services consultants and technical account managers are responsible for ensuring customer success with integration solutions based on IONA's products. Mr. O'Sullivan acts as the customer advocate executive at IONA, responsible for monitoring and continuously improving customer satisfaction.
Mr. O'Sullivan joined IONA in 1997 having previously worked as a software developer and project manager with Fujitsu and at the European Computer Industry Research Centre. He has held a number of senior management and executive positions with the company in Engineering and Customer Services.
Mr. O'Sullivan holds degrees in Computer Science and Business from Trinity College (Dublin, Ireland). |
