Andy is currently the Chief Risk Officer for Charter Bank. Prior to this role, he served as the Bank's Senior Credit Administrator. Andy has been in banking for over 24 years, 19 of which were with Seafirst Bank/Bank of America where he held various positions with responsibilities for client relationship management, centralized credit underwriting, credit administration, regulatory compliance, product development, CRA lending program development and management, and credit process design, development and implementation at both state and national levels. Prior to starting his banking career, Andy served for six years as a commissioned officer in the U.S. Army. He earned a Bachelor's degree from Washington State University, received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Puget Sound, is an Honor graduate of the Pacific Coast Banking School and is RMA Credit Risk Certified. Andy serves on the board of the local chapter of the Risk Management Association, and is a member of the Bellevue Arts Museum Finance Committee. |
