Andrew brings 20 years of financial management and operational experience to NeoScale. Before joining NeoScale, he was CFO for Inkra Networks, where he grew the company from a pre-revenue state to more than $10 million in annual shipments and established a strong international presence for the company in Europe and Asia. Prior to Inkra, Andrew served as executive vice president and CFO at Egreetings Network Inc. (Nasdaq: EGRT), where he drove the initial public offering that raised $65 million and resulted in a post-transaction valuation of $300 million. Promoted to president and CEO of Egreetings, he negotiated and completed the merger of the company with American Greetings.com. Prior to Egreetings, Andrew served as executive vice president and CFO of CMC Industries Inc. (Nasdaq: CMCI), where he was responsible for all financial aspects of the $300 million, publicly traded electronic manufacturing services provider. During his tenure at CMC, he grew sales in excess of 100 percent and increased the stock price by 200 percent. Andrew holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a B.S., cum laude, in Economics with a minor in U.S. History from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. |
