Description of Practice:
Andy is a Senior Counsel in our Los Angeles litigation practice group. He specializes in landlord-tenant, construction, and complex-commercial litigation. Andy typically represents developers, landlords, property-management companies, and real-estate-investment partnerships. He also has represented in litigation numerous large corporations and other entities that are not primarily in the real-estate industry, including Avaya, California Institute of Technology, Ikea, IndyMac, L-3 Communications, Oreck, Pepperidge Farm, Principal Financial Group, Raytheon, and THQ. Andy has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, including mediations, arbitrations, trials, and appeals.
