As Autodesk's vice president of finance and chief accounting officer, Andrew Miller leads Autodesk’s worldwide accounting and SEC reporting activities.
Prior to joining Autodesk, Miller was senior vice president and CFO for MarketFirst Software, Inc., a leading provider of enterprise marketing automation software, where he also served in the interim office of the president, leading all operations as well the successful sale of the Company. His responsibilities encompassed all financial, administrative, information technology, and business development activities.
Other previous experience includes a role as vice president of worldwide finance for Cadence Design Systems, where he was responsible for corporate FP&A as well as all finance activities for product divisions and sales geographies. He also held the role of vice president of finance and corporate controller for Adaptive Broadband Corporation where he was responsible for worldwide finance, accounting, and treasury functions. He also worked at Silicon Graphics, Inc., serving in a series of key senior finance, administration, and operations roles. Prior to SGI, he held various corporate and divisional finance management roles at Network Equipment Technologies, a pioneer in wide area networking. He began his career as a CPA with Deloitte and Touche, serving many large technology companies.
Miller graduated Summa Cum Laude from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors of Science in Commerce and holds a CPA from the state of California, where he was a recipient of a National Award for his top performance on the CPA exam. |
