Andrew is responsible for managing and growing eGain European revenues and profitability, and leads his team across pre- and post-sales efforts, business development, professional services, and support.
Andrew joined eGain through the acquisition of Inference Corp. in March 2000 where he held the position of UK Sales Director, overseeing consistent quarter on quarter growth for a period of two years. He has over seven years expertise in the sales, implementation, service, and support of knowledge-based customer service products.
Previously, Andrew was a Business Development Manager at ICL (now Fujitsu) where he spent nine years in various sales and sales management roles. |
