Andrew has 24 years of experience providing financial expertise to groups of technology, manufacturing, and service organizations. Before joining Carbonite, Andrew served as SVP of Finance & Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Vovici Corporation. Vovici was formed by the acquisition of two enterprise software companies by a private equity firm. Before Vovici, Andrew was CFO of Silver Oak Solutions in Boston where he was instrumental in the sale of the company to CGI.
Andrew served as Corporate Controller at Synchronicity, Inc., where he managed worldwide accounting functions, raised two rounds of equity and grew revenue by more than 200%. Prior to that, Andrew was Corporate Controller at Provant, Inc. He also held senior financial positions at SystemSoft Corporation and Cadre Technologies. He started his career working as a CPA for 5 years with Deloitte & Touche.
Andrew holds a B.S. in Accountancy from Bentley College. |
