During his tenure with Ernst & Young, he completed numerous valuation and transaction advisory assignments for Fortune 100, public, and privately-held companies. Mr. Johnson brings valuation expertise in oil & gas, early-stage & technology and intangible asset valuations (SFAS 141 and 142). Mr. Johnson received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, magna cum laude, from Texas A&M University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and holds the ASA certification of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA). |
