Andrew Hirzel joined LE in August 2000 as Director of Technology. Prior to joining LE, Andrew worked in the following roles: He was Director of Operations for Tengam Engineering, a leading magnetic material manufacturer serving the automotive industry. Andy also served as President of ADH International, a magnetics related consulting firm. As Vice President of Advanced Magnetic Materials, he was responsible for the development of Bonded Magnet materials and mass production facilities located in Thailand. Andy served as Vice President of Engineering and Development for Sinteris Magnetics Inc., a leading contract manufacturer of motor systems for the computer hard disk industry. Andrew oversaw all development issues and launched two manufacturing facilities in China. Andrew was an equity partner of Sinteris Magnetics.Andrew received his BSIOE, cum laude, from the University of Michigan. |
