Andrew Graham was named CEO of KT in 2007. He brings a global perspective to this leadership role, having served as chief operating officer for KT worldwide, managing partner of KT’s European operation, and managing director of KT Japan in Tokyo. He joined KT in 1994 as a consultant in Australia where he spent six years learning the technical aspects of the companies activities.
Under Andrew’s leadership, KT is focused on developing multi-disciplined, industry-specific global teams that share a common rallying call of meeting our clients business needs. His vision of the future is grounded in KT’s pioneering work with clients. Since 1958, KT has been a pioneer in improving the critical thinking requirements required by all high-performance organizations, from the executive suite to the plant floor. Now and well into the future, our goal is to apply KT’s renowned systematic management processes to pressing business issues within the global business context.
Andrew has an extensive background helping organizations develop and implement effective business strategies and improve operational performance. He has leveraged his considerable manufacturing and project management experience to help clients rationalize plant operations, reduce complexity, and better deploy their workforces. He has led strategy engagements across industries, working with senior executives to address evolving marketplaces, changing customer demand, and the implications of these on product, market, and resource allocation decisions.
Prior to joining KT, Andrew served as a manufacturing engineer for British Aerospace in the U.K. and Japan, and relocated to Australia as part of an international manufacturing research project. It was in Sydney that he joined KT. With a career that has crossed continents, Andrew's personal interests reflect his drive and approach to life, whether it is enjoying photography, riding his motorcycle, Scuba diving or pursuing his passion for aviation, (he has recently added a helicopter rating to his piloting achievements) they all compliment one another and share a common quest for knowledge and technical competence in order that new worlds of experience can be safely explored.
Andrew holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical and Production Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom. |
