Andrew Freeman joined Viewpoint in October 2005. In his role as Vice President and General Manager, he oversees the management and direction of a business unit and two functional groups. TheStudio is Viewpoint’s business unit that provides rich media digital content and solutions for its customers. Viewpoint’s Product Management group manages the envisioning and design of the technology product roadmap. And Strategic Sales structures and executes a sales pipeline across all the lines of businesses. Andrew has over 16 years experience in sales, operations, technology, product management and marketing.
Before joining Viewpoint, Andrew was a Vice President and General Manager of Sony Electronics, Inc. In this capacity, he led the sales strategy and execution for the numerous Audio/Visual and IT product units in the education, business and government customer segments. Before that, Andrew held senior positions at HP, Dell and Ziff-Davis where he led Internet product teams and sales/marketing teams. Throughout his career, Andrew has been a champion of Internet technologies and their impact to sales, costs and customer experiences.
Andrew earned his MBA from Fairleigh Dickinson University and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in marketing from Bryant University. |
