Andrew Frawley brings Click Tactics more than 19 years of operational experience. Prior to joining Click Tactics, Andrew founded and served as president, chairman and CEO of Exchange Applications Inc., a pioneer in the analytic CRM market. He previously was a founding partner of Grant & Partners, a consulting firm focused on implementing customer-focused business strategies, as well as a founder of MarketPulse, a division of Computer Corporation of America, which created one of the first analytic CRM offerings. Andrew earned an MBA with a concentration in computer science from Babson College and received a B.S. in finance, with honors, from the University of Maine. He currently serves on the board of WhyData and is an advisory board member for Centrport and Redbird Systems. |
