Andrew Cook has been Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Offi cer since our inception. Mr.
Cook a chartered accountant has 15 years of industry experience. From 1993 to 1999 he served as
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Offi cer of LaSalle Re Holdings Limited. Mr. Cook worked
as an independent consultant assisting clients in raising private equity capital from 1999 to 2000. He
then served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Offi cer of Mutual Risk Management Limited
from 2001 until joining us in late 2001. |
