Mr. Brown joined Fairmount as an Analyst in October of 2005. He is responsible for performing financial and market analysis and due diligence for middle-market, emerging-growth companies across a variety of industries including IT services, enterprise software, healthcare and manufacturing. His transaction experience includes sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions assignments. Prior to joining Fairmount, Andy spent five years as Vice President of Operations for the QuoteScout Corporation, an online technology development and insurance marketing services firm. Mr. Brown earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Virginia in Economics. |
