Andrew Blocher is Senior Vice President - Capital Markets and Investor Relations for Federal Realty. In this capacity Mr. Blocher is primarily responsible for directing and implementing Federal Realty's capital raising efforts and developing and managing the company's relationships with equity and fixed-income investors. Mr. Blocher also has responsibility for Federal Realty's Corporate Communications department.
Prior to joining Federal Realty Mr. Blocher had served as Vice President Capital Markets for CRIIMI MAE Inc a mortgage real estate investment trust in Rockville Maryland. In that capacity he was responsible for managing the company's institutional investor relationships and strategically raising capital to fund the company's growth. Mr. Blocher had most recently served as Director Structured Finance Marketing and Modeling at Freddie Mac where he was responsible for managing the execution and analysis of all Freddie Mac Structured Finance transactions with both Wall Street and regional broker/dealers.
Mr. Blocher has an undergraduate degree in Finance from Indiana University Bloomington Indiana and a Masters of Business Administration in Finance from The George Washington University. |
