Mr. Benedict has litigation experience ranging from the defense of personal injury litigation including general negligence, commercial motor vehicle, product liability and medical professional liability matters. In addition to litigation experience, Mr. Benedict has contract drafting and negotiating experience in the areas of Sports and Entertainment law. He has represented and counseled clients in various state and federal courts. Mr. Benedict earned his law degree from The Villanova University School of Law in 2001. He graduated from University of Richmond in 1998 with a B.A. in English. |
