VP of Business Development & General Counsel Andrew Baw is the VP of Business Development and General Counsel of Mobio Networks. He joined Mobio in September 2005, after having spent the last 12 years working with start-up technology companies in varying roles.Most recently, Andrew was an associate at Storm Ventures. At Storm, Andrew was part of the investment team, evaluating new investment opportunities and assisting existing portfolio companies. Before joining Storm, Andrew was a partner at the law firm of Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian. At Gunderson Dettmer, Andrew specialized in the general corporate representation of start-up companies, venture capital financings, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions (leading mergers and acquisitions transactions up to $1.4 billion in size). Prior to that, Andrew was an investment banker in the health care group of Piper Jaffray, and an associate at the law firm of Brobeck, Phleger & Harrison.Andrew received an A.B. in Quantitative Economics from Stanford University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. |
