Andrew W. Owen serves as the Chair of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group.
His practice focuses on the representation of clients in the commercial mortgage-backed securities area, with particular emphasis on default administration for corporate trustees and servicers of commercial mortgage securitized trusts.
Andy has expertise in all aspects of workouts, foreclosures, deeds-in-lieu, bankruptcy proceedings, and receiverships.
Andy also has a vigorous practice in all aspects of complex civil business disputes, including business torts, breaches of contract and warranty, product liability, and unfair trade practices and non-competition agreements.
Recognized by Business First in 2002 as one of the Forty Under 40.
