Mr. Bagot joined the Company as Vice President - Geology in July 2004. Prior to joining the Company he served as Senior Staff Geologist with Peoples Energy Production Company for 2-1/2 years where he evaluated acquisitions and developed assets in East Texas Louisiana and the Upper Gulf Coast. From 1998 to 2001 Mr. Bagot was the Exploration Manager for Bridas Energy USA the domestic affiliate of a diversified South American energy conglomerate. Previously he served as a geological consultant and as a staff geologist for several independent oil and gas companies for nearly 20 years. Mr. Bagot has had extensive experience with a variety of oil and gas basins in the U.S. as well as in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union. |
