Andrew T. Robbins is vice president of leasing for Mid-Am. He is responsible for land acquisitions for retail sites, tenant procurement and negotiations, and overseeing the marketing and leasing of Mid-Am's projects which is comprised of more than 8,000,000 square feet of retail space.In addition, Mr. Robbins coordinates site planning and contract negotiations and works with municipalities to facilitate planning and zoning approvals.Mr. Robbins came to Mid-Am from Mid-America Real Estate Corporation, which he joined in 1999 as a tenant broker. He has worked with Fifth Third Bank with their expansion into the Chicago market which has resulted in acquiring over 50 sites for bank branches. He also works with Woodman's Food Markets and Gander Mountain for their Chicago expansion. Mr. Robbins, is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and is a board member of the Next Generation of the ICSC. A native of Baltimore, MD, he currently resides in Chicago. |
