Andrew Kelley is a senior litigation associate resident in Faegre & Benson LLP's Denver office. His practice focuses on representing clients in all phases of complex commercial litigation in the state and federal courts, bankruptcy litigation (on behalf of debtors and creditors), arbitration, and appellate advocacy. He also represents clients in administrative matters before the U.S. Forest Service and other agencies.
Andrew has represented and counseled clients regarding a broad array of legal issues, including breach of contract, contract restructuring and rejection in bankruptcy, antitrust, ERISA fiduciary liability, director and officer defense, adverse possession, products liability, and class actions.
In addition to his experience working as outside counsel, Andrew has also worked in-house. In 2007, he was "secunded" to a corporate client, where he spent approximately three months working as interim corporate counsel, advising internal clients on a wide variety of contractual, litigation, and other matters.
Andrew also has a strong commitment to pro bono work and community service, representing clients in first amendment and civil rights litigation before the state and federal courts.
Before joining Faegre & Benson in late 2007, Andrew was an associate in the Denver, Colorado office of Arnold & Porter LLP.
