Andrew R. Thompson is a partner in the Firm's Corporate Department. Andrew's practice focuses primarily on corporate and real estate transactions, including private equity fund formation, joint ventures and acquisition and disposition transactions.
Andrew was born in Independence, Missouri. He joined Cravath in 1999 and spent eighteen months as an associate in Cravath's London office. He became a partner in 2007.
