Practicing primarily in Litigation, Construction Law and Business Law
Mr. Gordon is a partner in the Las Vegas office. His practice focuses on Commercial Litigation, including general business disputes, shareholder derivative actions, construction, real estate and title disputes, landlord/tenant issues, employment disputes and securities claims. His practice also includes significant alternative dispute resolution experience. He is a Commercial, Construction, and Employment Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association, and serves as a private arbitrator and mediator.
Mr. Gordon is Chair of the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals' Lawyer Representative Coordinating Committee, serves as one of seven Nevada Lawyer Representatives to the Ninth Circuit Conference (2001-2007) and has served on several federal court committees. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Nevada and Arizona, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Gordon has been recognized in the 2006 edition of Best Lawyers in America and is included in the 2006 edition of The Chambers USA Guide.
Mr. Gordon also coaches youth soccer and lacrosse, teaches Sunday school, and was a member of the Leadership Las Vegas Class of 1995.
