Drew Moratzka is a commercial litigator emphasizing his practice in the areas of bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. Major financial institutions, community banks, large corporations, and local business owners use Drew for their commercial litigation and general business law questions.Drew represents clients in the courtroom and the business world on matters pertaining to creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, real estate, banking and commercial finance. In addition, Drew’s advocacy for his clients includes not only obtaining remedies in state and bankruptcy court but also pursuing matters at the federal appellate court level.Drew is an active member of the Bankruptcy Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association, writes for the Bankruptcy Bulletin, and regularly speaks at seminars pertaining to bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
