Andy Lee’s practice is primarily related to commercial financing transactions. He has represented lenders in connection with unsecured and secured loans, including loans secured by a wide variety of collateral types, such as real estate and interests in real estate, credit cards and other receivables, equipment and equipment leases, various entity interests, ships and cargo containers. Andy has primary responsibility for the establishment and oversight of a commercial and multifamily loan acquisition program that has closed several billion dollars in loans in more than 20 states. He also regularly represents clients in connection with mezzanine loans, intercreditor relationships, whole loan trading and acquisitions of interests in pools of loans.
