Mr. Winston is a partner in the Firm’s Corporate Group. He focuses his practice on venture capital financing, buying and selling businesses, intellectual property licensing and general corporate and securities law matters. He negotiates, documents, and executes private placements of securities and mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures of businesses and assets, negotiates and prepares agreements for intellectual property licensing arrangements and executive employment and severance arrangements, and provides ongoing general counsel representation.
