Experience
Mr. Alexander represents the interests of Employers and Insurers in front of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, and defends claims that arise out of the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act. He also counsels Employers with regard to retraining, return to work, and other issues that affect this area of the law.
